Since I'm sort of sifting through gift ideas & such, hoping to avoid the last minute crunch this Christmas, I thought I'd share another fav local maker-of-things. Yesterday's recipe was from Chyrie of the Etsy shop, twiddle + tweet! Specializing in accessories, she offers a range of functional pretties for home & fashion. All pieces are constructed & printed from scratch by Chyrie. [Personally, we have the sign language pillow & a gorgeous cobalt funnel scarf.]

One of my dearest friends came to mulled wine night bearing some of her beautifully crafted cups, & I'm delighted to share that she's posted some purses for sale on Etsy! A few months ago I wrote about her illustrative work, which was a surprise gift from Nic for our anniversary. She does commissioned work as well, so feel free to do an Alchemy request via her shop.
