Finding fresh cilantro cued me to make this recipe, which we ate in its entirety before I remembered to photograph the finished bowl.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe, soft avocados
- 4 small or 2 large cloves garlic, pressed raw or roasted
- 2 spring onions, diced
- 6 or 7 oz. sour cream
- fresh cilantro to taste (we use a lot)
- salt to taste (not much needed if you eat this with salty chips)
Preparation
- raw garlic is pretty strong, so you can roast the cloves in foil & then just smear the contents into the bowl
- smash together & garnish with more cilantro
