Last weekend marked the third Mum's Day where I received well wishes as well as doling them out. The first time freshly with-child, now with one in each arm, I am awestruck & more than a tad overwhelmed with our boys. Once content to grow in my belly, now to nurse at my breast & cuddle in my lap, soon they will explore a life beyond my arms. But not yet. Today I get to keep them close, play with our food, nap during the day, make up dialogue instead of reading the actual words, sing & rock & hair-stroke at bedtime. For a little while longer.
