Yesterday was our first attempt at mama grocery shopping with both babies. Made it through with Os in the sling & E in the cart, no fussing from either, only forgot 2 items. Crucial items: sleeve of garlic cloves & fresh lemons. Still a success, considering how unexpectedly busy the market was. (I forgot about college students re-emerging from summer.) The really strange part was seeing former classmates, who looked relatively the same but maybe older in face, who didn't recognize me at all. Whether because of the dark hair or distraction of sweet-faced boys, I can not guess.
