guacamole cream

Finding fresh cilantro cued me to make this recipe, which we ate in its entirety before I remembered to photograph the finished bowl.


  • 2 ripe, soft avocados
  • 4 small or 2 large cloves garlic, pressed raw or roasted
  • 2 spring onions, diced
  • 6 or 7 oz. sour cream
  • fresh cilantro to taste (we use a lot)
  • salt to taste (not much needed if you eat this with salty chips)


  • raw garlic is pretty strong, so you can roast the cloves in foil & then just smear the contents into the bowl
  • smash together & garnish with more cilantro
