blackberry creamsicles

So simple & so delish! We're also doing peach creamsicles.

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts blackberries
  • 2 quarts heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Prep
  • Puree blackberries to a pulp. (Optionally remove seeds by straining pulp through a sieve.)
  • Whip cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold puree into whipped cream.
  • Pour into popsicles molds & freeze
