So simple & so delish! We're also doing peach creamsicles.
- 2 quarts blackberries
- 2 quarts heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Puree blackberries to a pulp. (Optionally remove seeds by straining pulp through a sieve.)
- Whip cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold puree into whipped cream.
- Pour into popsicles molds & freeze
