Slaw
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 5 carrots, peeled & shredded
- .5-1 cup diced vidalia or red onion
- creamy dressing, well blended
Dressing
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp vinegar (white, sushi, you pick)
- .5 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp flax seed oil (or sesame)
- .5 cup heavy cream
- fresh dill, basil, rosemary & parsley (I went heavy on the dill)
- salt to taste
